Unburden

As women, we carry many things—heavy things. The weight of these things can come from our circumstances, the expectations of others, and perhaps most of all, the expectations we put on ourselves! Stress, loneliness, comparison, and difficult relationships add extra weight. And as we struggle to keep up, don’t we long for relief? 

Jesus says, “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Sounds great, but what does that look like in real life? How do we experience rest from the ongoing weight that life places on us? We believe Jesus has the answers, and we want to give you practical tools to enjoy His rest.
